Order Processing

Most orders are handcrafted and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time depending on the level of customization and current order volume.

If your order will require significantly more time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including:

FedEx (when appropriate)

The shipping carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Please note that carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Personalized & Handmade Products

Because every piece is handcrafted from real wood, slight variations in wood grain, knots, color, and engraving are natural and make each item unique.

These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade woodworking and are not considered defects.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the shipping label

This information helps us work with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check around your property.
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Rustic Buckeye Woodworks is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make every effort to update the address before your order ships.

International Shipping

At this time, Rustic Buckeye Woodworks primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will appear during checkout.
