At Rustic Buckeye Woodworks LLC, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're committed to working with you to make it right.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping.

• The item contains an error made by Rustic Buckeye Woodworks.

• You received the wrong item.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the shipping label

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement

• A repair (if appropriate)

• A full or partial refund

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake with your order, such as incorrect personalization or sending the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Every Rustic Buckeye Woodworks product is handcrafted from real wood.

Natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, stain absorption, engraving depth, and color are part of the unique beauty of handmade woodworking and are not considered defects.

No two pieces are exactly alike.
